Shipping Policy
We ship USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. $10.40 for small packages and $18.40 for large packages. I am a one-woman operation. I try to get your packages out within three days of your order, however, sometimes I am traveling to Renaissance Faires. Please be patient. and I will make every effort to get your pipe to you ASAP!
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
30 day return policy on UNSMOKED pipes. We offer a 6-month limited warranty.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. We also cannot refund pipes that have been smoked. We only exchange a smoked pipe if it is not working, due to a manufacturing defect.
NO WARRANTY on Ukrainian, ceramic, clay, meerschaum, glass, brass, and porcelain pipes. Stems snapped in half & chewed stems are not covered. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY.
NO RETURNS.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@dannyboypipes.com. Send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
